FlightHunters is an annual membership that provides:

• Access to a private Discord community
• Automated alerts for cheap flights curated by AI agents and humans
• Information about destinations worldwide
• Alerts from airports in Argentina (with future expansion plans)

3. Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older
• Provide truthful and up-to-date information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

By using our service, you agree to:

• Not resell the provided information
• Maintain respectful behavior in the community
• Not use the service for illegal activities
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the service

5. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these terms and conditions
• You do not comply with community rules on Discord
• You engage in activities we consider harmful

In case of suspension due to community rule violations, we will refund the remaining months of your membership.

6. Limitation of Liability

Important: FlightHunters is not responsible for:

• The accuracy of flight offers displayed
• Flight availability at the time of verification
• Offers that expire before the user sees them
• Price or availability changes by airlines

Our responsibility is limited to keeping alert automations functioning. Flight availability depends exclusively on airlines and not on us.

7. Payment and Renewal

Membership is annual and automatically renews. It is your responsibility to:

• Keep your payment information updated
• Cancel renewal if you do not wish to continue
• Review refund terms in case of unwanted renewal

8. Intellectual Property

All content, algorithms and methodologies of FlightHunters are the exclusive property of the company. You have no right to copy, distribute or resell this information.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately after their publication on our website.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Mendoza, Argentina.
