At FlightHunters, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your membership.

2. Eligible Cases for Refund

We offer refunds in the following cases:

2.1 Unwanted Automatic Renewal

If you forgot you had an automatic annual renewal and were charged for the second year without wanting it, we will refund 100% of the payment.

2.2 Service Dissatisfaction

If you are not satisfied with our service, we would like to know the reasons to improve. In these cases, we refund 100% of your payment.

2.3 Suspension for Rule Violation

If your account is suspended for violating community rules on Discord, we will refund the remaining months of your membership.

We commit to responding to your request within 48 business hours and processing the refund within 5-7 business days once approved.

4. Refund Methods

Refunds are processed using the same payment method you originally used:

  • Credit/debit card: The refund will appear on your statement within 5-7 business days
  • PayPal: The refund will be processed to your PayPal account
  • Other methods: Will be processed according to the payment provider's policies

5. Non-Eligible Cases for Refund

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Changes in flight offers (offers can expire quickly)
  • Flight availability (we do not control airline availability)
  • Flight price changes by airlines
  • Temporary service technical issues
  • Refund requests after 30 days of payment

6. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership at any time:

  • Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period
  • No additional charges will be made after cancellation
  • You will maintain access to the service until the end of the paid period

7. Partial Refunds

In specific cases, we may offer partial refunds:

  • If you have used the service for a short period and are not satisfied
  • If there are prolonged technical issues that significantly affect the service
  • In cases of account suspension, we refund the remaining months

8. Payment Disputes

If you have a dispute with your payment provider (bank, PayPal, etc.), we recommend contacting us first to resolve the issue directly. This is usually faster than initiating a formal dispute.
